Abbie Huckleby prepares her Crawfish Pie, a mud bug lover's
dream!
This pie is so good,
even if you don't like crawfish, you will love this pie!
Abbie shows you step-by-step how to make this delicious dish, so
there is no way you can go wrong. And, oh, my goodness,
the tips that Abbie drops along the way are priceless! You
will want to file this recipe, for sure.
Abbie Huckleby is a
native-Mississippian now living in Texas.
Sometimes simple is so, so very good.
A little olive oil, a little onion and garlic, and a
little salt and pepper is all you need to have a
delicious and health side dish to accompany any meat,
poultry or seafood.
The first rule
to making a good pot of stew is
to buy a good grade of stew
meat. I like to buy the
tenderized beef because it is
always tender and you do not
have to cook it as long as you
have to cook the regular, un-tenderized meat.
If you haven't already
tried cold brewing your tea, you really should. I find
this way of brewing tea gives the tea a very crisp and rich tea
taste. Perhaps it is a "cleaner" taste. And, the tea
is somehow "lighter" tasting, very flavorful and light, if that
makes sense. You simply must experience it for yourself to
know what I am trying to say. I have been brewing my tea
with hot water for years, and just recently I decided, for no
reason at all, to try cold brewing.
