Pico De Gallo
1 large tomato, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1 small jalapeno pepper,
finely chopped
2 teaspoon cilantro leaves,
chopped
Salt
Pepper
2 limes
Mix all ingredients together, except for the
limes. Squeeze
juice of limes over mixture and toss well.
Refrigerate for up to three days.
