Guacamole
1-2 avocados
1/2 small tomato, chopped
1/2 small onion, chopped
1 teaspoon jalapeno pepper,
finely chopped
1 lime, juiced
1 teaspoon cilantro leaves,
chopped
Salt
Pepper
Remove peeling and pit from avocado.
Chop or coarsely mash avocado, depending on softness of
fruit. Add chopped
onion, chopped tomato, chopped jalapeno pepper, cilantro, salt
and pepper to avocado and toss well.
Sprinkle liberally with the lime juice.
Refrigerate in a tightly secured container for 1-2 days.
