Noodle Bowl

 

Cooked Meat or seafood (chicken, beef, pork, shrimp, etc.)

Cooked Rice or egg noodles

Vegetables

Chicken or beef broth

Salt, optional

Pepper, optional

 

Put broth in saucepan and bring to a boil, then lower heat to keep hot.  Put meat, noodles and vegetables in bowl.  Add seasonings, if desired.  Pour hot broth over meat and vegetables. 

 

TIP:  There are no rules for putting together a noodle bowl.  Whatever you desire to be in your bowl is what you should put in your bowl. 

 

TIP:  If desired, add boiled or poached egg to the bowl.

 

TIP:  Vegetables can be spinach, cabbage, tomato, onion, bean sprouts, snow peas, etc.  Depending on what the vegetable is, you might want to pre-cook before adding to the bowl.
