Sometimes simple is so, so very good.  A little olive oil, a little onion and garlic, and a little salt and pepper is all you need to have a delicious and health side dish to accompany any meat, poultry or seafood.

Make A Good Stew 

The first rule to making a good pot of stew is to buy a good grade of stew meat.  I like to buy the tenderized beef because it is always tender and you do not have to cook it as long as you have to cook the regular, un-tenderized meat.
