Easy-To-Peel Boiled Eggs

Eggs, desired number

Pinch of salt, optional

Water to cover eggs

2 teaspoons white vinegar

Ice, 3-4 cups

Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water.  Add salt, if desired.  Add vinegar.  Bring to full boil and boil for 2-3 minutes -- or however long you normally cook your boiled eggs.  Remove from heat and cover with lid.  Let eggs stand for 10-15 minutes.  Drain the eggs.  Rinse the eggs in cold water and drain two or three times.  Then cover the eggs with cold water, add ice.  Leave eggs in ice water for 3-4 minutes.  Drain and peel.
