½ cup brown sugar
8 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tablespoon sriracha sauce
1 tablespoon honey
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup chicken broth
½ teaspoon pepper (or to taste)
½ teaspoon dried oregano (optional)
¼ teaspoon dried thyme (optional)
¼ teaspoon dried basil (optional)
Combine the sauce: Add all the sauce ingredients together to a sauce pan and whisk over medium heat until all the sugar dissolves.
Use this sauce for simmering or baking chicken.
