RECIPE - Chicken Pasta Salad

Ingredients
1 (16 oz) box bowtie pasta, cooked
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
1 ½ cup diced chicken
3/4 cup green onions, chopped
1/4 cup finely diced onion
1/4 cup fine chopped green bell pepper
3/4 cup shaved Parmesan cheese, for garnish
DRESSING
1/2 cup mayo
¾ cup sour cream
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar
3 cloves minced garlic
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

Directions
In a small bowl, mix together all dressing ingredients, then set aside.
In a large trifle bowl or glass dish, mix all salad ingredients. Save parmesan cheese for the top.
Mix in dressing. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
Cover tightly and refrigerate until ready to serve.
